We have four partners at the helm of affairs, with two and a half decades of experience working in the USA, UK and India in Exhibition, Retail and Brand Design. We also have a dedicated pool of talented and experienced workforce, with distinctive strengths over multiple domains.

at our workshop or on-site, depending on the project.

With footprints in India, USA and UK, we cater to clients across the globe. We help with our clients’ domestic as well as overseas businesses, from opening retail stores to participating in trade shows or exhibitions. In the US, we have a facility in Atlanta,
in India, we have a fabrication facility at Ghaziabad and in

Santanu Majumdar

ATLANTA OFFICE
A co-founder and partner at Counterform Design, Santanu based in Atlanta, USA brings on board close to 25 years of experience, razor-sharp insight and a meticulous approach to design thinking.
Santanu, an alumnus of the National Institute of Design, India, and Louisiana State University, USA, has spearheaded and designed a host of projects in exhibition and museum space, retail, packaging, signage systems and interactive design. A TED speaker, he has presented papers on design education, sustainability, mentoring, and collaborative research at distinguished forums. He has received several international awards and grants during his career, which straddles both the design industry and academia.
Ravi Saxena

A co-founder and partner at Counterform Design, Ravi is an interior designer with a deep understanding of design and its elements, blending creativity and expertise to transform spaces.
An alumnus of the Delhi Technical Education Board, India, Ravi has over 25 years of industry experience. He has led and managed a host of projects, providing bespoke solutions that are creative, functional, technically sound and sustainable. Ravi approaches every project with a strategy-led design process that allows for informed decisions about materials, structures and aesthetics. His forte is designing interior spaces for exhibitions, retail outlets and corporate offices.
Ayesha Sarkar

A co-founder and partner at Counterform Design, Ayesha is a communication and brand specialist with multi-disciplinary experience across diverse industries. Her strength lies in developing strategy-led design solutions.
An alumna of the National Institute of Design, India, Ayesha has over two decades of industry experience, spanning advertising, brand building and branding interior spaces. She is at ease working with different media, and brand touch points be it in print, digital or space. She has orchestrated and executed many brand-building campaigns, brand identity, packaging, events, conventions, interactive design and way-finding projects for many diverse companies.

A partner at Counterform Design, Iqubal is based in London, UK, and has been designing and carrying out installations successfully across a full spectrum of retail and service environments for the past 15 years.
Constantly pushing the boundaries of creative design, Iqubal delivers exceptional services tailored to a client’s every need. He is an expert at handling all the details of a project to make certain that the work meets the highest standards. He has successfully managed and executed a host of projects, liaising with design and production teams to ensure that every project runs smoothly on site, on time and within its budget.
